TERMS & CONDITIONS

We welcome you to Nu Look Surgery and assure you that we will exercise best endeavours at all times to ensure your satisfaction.

By way of clarification we offer you the following points:-

1. We will act as third party between the surgeon and yourself and always act in your best interest. The quote for surgery that we will supply will include the procedure that you and the surgeon have agreed upon. All procedures should be thoroughly discussed and if there is any aspect that you do not understand please ask.

Please note that all surgery, particularly cosmetic surgery, has risk attached including dissatisfaction with the result.

We will not be held responsible for medical procedure disputes. Our liability is limited to a duty of care in our capacity as third party facilitator.

In the event of a dispute between you and the surgeon this would be conducted under current South African law.

2. a). Our medical treatment quote will include all pre flight advice and third party services between yourself, the surgeon and surgery. Meeting you at the Airport and professional chauffeuring between your accommodation and surgery for agreed treatments and medical appointments with the surgery. All pre-operative and post-operative consultations with your chosen surgeon, the surgery and hospital accommodation. Private Nurse facilities where indicated. Telephone support and transfer to airport upon departure.

2. b). Other quotes for any of our other services are as agreed.

All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.

3. Upon confirmation of your medical treatment and accommodation if applicable, a deposit of 50% of the quoted price is required together with a signed booking form. The balance is payable, a minimum of five weeks prior to your treatment. In the event of cancellation of a booking made by the client (after receipt of a signed booking form, whether a deposit has been paid or not), a fee of 25% of the order value will be payable within 30 days. The directors may reduce or waive this figure at their discretion. The Directors reserve the right to cancel a booking and refund any payments paid.

4. We will deal with all correspondence with you by fax, email and telephone in respect of planned medical treatment, body photographs and your visit to South Africa . We assure you that we will do our utmost to ensure confidentiality of information.

5. Our Medical Treatment quote will not include airfares to and from Cape Town , any unforeseen complications that may arise from the Surgery or any other cause. This is not limited to but an example of this is additional stay in hospital, further unplanned Surgery or consultations with other specialists.
